Requires a CAT Reporter to provide a recording and transcription service of legal proceedings.

Must have passed a machine shorthand test at 180 wpm at a minimum accuracy of 98%.

Enrolments are presently being accepted for forthcoming machine shorthand courses. Students have the choice of four commencement points, either February, May, July or October.
